Thomas Springer is a partner in the law firm of Springer Brown Covey Gaertner and Davis, LLC.
Mr. Springer was appointed to the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, by the United States Trustee for Region 11 in 2000 and has been serving since that time. His law practice has concentrated exclusively in the area of Bankruptcy on behalf of debtors, creditors, and trustees in chapters 7, 11, and 13 since 1991.
